Five years ago I went through a physical transformation that turned my entire life around. After an eating disorder and two attempts that led to the yo-yo effect and despair, I was seized by a hunger for knowledge about nutrition and drawn into an even bigger world of knowledge. In just seven months I lost 32 kilograms without ever having been on a diet or exercising at the time. My secret in nutrition: the percentage! No meal plan that is not personalized contains gram measurements; and this for a simple reason. Every day, people have a differentiated energy level that depends on stress, sleep and, for example, in women, the menstrual cycle, which also means that every day a different energy intake should take place in order to be able to bring your energy metabolism and metabolism to peak performance. Around 3 years ago I decided to take it a step further and develop myself even more physically. I then started to focus on fitness and after only 4 months I was preparing for a bodybuilding competition. My thirst for knowledge was high and my ambition even greater - so I learned all the important factors in a short space of time, which have now become even more pronounced over the years.
Just like the nutrition plans, the training plans also use a rather unknown method, the so-called "Mind Muscle Connection". This creates a connection between the brain and the muscle, which puts all the focus and concentration on the execution of the exercise and the muscle strain. In contrast to the often prescribed repetitions, the set is performed until muscle failure, so that the muscle is particularly stimulated to grow.
